- Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Pet profile — your pet's name, type, breed, age, weight, and similar details you choose to add.
- Support communications — information you share when you contact us.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Location data — GPS and approximate location of the PetVora device, used to provide tracking, location history, and safe-zone alerts.
- Activity & health signals — motion, activity, rest, and wellbeing metrics measured by the device sensors.
- Device & usage data — device identifiers, app version, operating system, battery status, connectivity status, diagnostics, and crash logs used to keep the Services reliable.
PetVora does not sell your personal information, and we do not use your pet's location or health data for advertising.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide core features — live location, safe-zone alerts, activity tracking, and health monitoring.
- Sync your data across your account and devices.
- Send notifications you have enabled, such as boundary or safety alerts.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Location Data
Location is essential to PetVora's core purpose. We collect location from the PetVora device to show you where your pet is and to trigger safe-zone alerts. You can manage app location permissions at any time through your device settings, though disabling them will limit tracking features.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who host our infrastructure, deliver notifications, or provide analytics, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- Safety — to protect the rights, property, or safety of PetVora, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent — when you direct us to share information.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International Users
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for cross-border transfers.
